Post honing his marketing and strategic planning skills at Shyam Telecom, Nitin co-founded Ubico and built it into India's first and largest neutral-host in-building. At Ubico he was accoladed for spearheading the ‘size-based’ innovative value proposition, which has now been adopted across the industry as a standard for in-building neutral host services.

At Spectra, Nitin is responsible for People & Culture and Business Excellence. With a mission to make Spectra into a world-class innovative technology company, he is continuously working to build a culture of development, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement.

Rajat's association with Shyam Group dates back to 2007, when he joined the Sistema Shyam's (MTS) Rajasthan operations. Serving in the capacity of COO, Rajat spearheaded the operations of the company's Rajasthan circle. Post his stint at MTS, Rajat took on the responsibility of heading strategy and marketing of Shyam Group. His deep understanding of the telecom business at the grass-roots level and the aptitude to lead diverse functions, saw him progress to Spectra. At Spectra, Rajat oversees sales, and product development to drive business growth and market share. A seasoned telecom professional with close to two decades experience, Rajat has amassed vast knowledge and understanding of the industry. Rajat has also worked with Bharti Airtel and Hexacom before being associated with Shyam Group.

Rajat holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Rajasthan.
